Thieves get $90,000 with stolen scratch-off tickets in Los Angeles County

More than $90,000 in stolen scratch-off tickets recruited a group of four suspects who robbed several 7-Eleven convenience stores throughout Los Angeles County, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) in a press release.

Detectives with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Major Crimes Bureau said the four suspects They are responsible for some 44 armed robberies and that they left retail losses of $250,000 dollars in a period of two months.

As detectives kept watch on the group, the suspects They were surprised when they committed another robbery at a 7-Eleven store more.

“The suspects jumped over the counter and More than $3,000 in California Lottery scratch-off tickets were forcibly stolen“the LASD said in its statement.

Four suspects, three adults and one minor, were detained by officers quickly and stolen lottery tickets recovered.

The three adult suspects, whose identities were not released by authorities, They were charged with robbery, at the Century Regional Detention Center.

Each of the detained subjects is in the custody of the authorities with a bond of $100,000 dollars.

The juvenile suspect was hospitalized at the Los Padrinos Youth Center on charges of theft.
