Republican candidate Donald Trump does not rule out the possibility of carrying out mass deportations of undocumented immigrants with the reactivation of the “Remain Mexico” program and “Title 42” in case of becoming president of the United States, this was revealed in a Time magazine publication.

Both the “Remain Mexico” program, which sent asylum seekers to the southern border, as well as “Title 42,” which allowed authorities to expel migrants immediately without allowing them to apply for asylum, were already used during the Trump’s first term (2017-2021).

“People need to be deported…No one should be off the table”Tom Homan, Trump advisor and former acting head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, tells Time magazine.

To meet his goal of removing 11 million people from the United States, Trump would carry out the construction of immigration detention camps, in addition to using the National Guard or even the Army if necessary.

“I wouldn’t rule anything out… If they couldn’t do it, then I would use (other parts of the) army…I don’t think I had to do it. I think the National Guard could do it. If they were not capable, then he would use the military… These are people who are not legally in our country,” the former president tells the prestigious magazine.

Trump does not rule out the possibility of violent acts if he loses the elections

Donald Trump does not rule out the possibility of violent acts if he does not win in the general elections next November, in which he will face the current US president, Democrat Joe Biden.

“It always depends on the fairness of the elections…If we don’t win, you know, it depends“said the former president in an interview he gave to TIME magazine and which was published this Tuesday.

Trump continues to deny the results of the 2020 elections, in which he lost against Biden, after pointing out, without providing evidence, that they were rigged.

His supporters stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021when the victory of the Democratic ruler was certified, in an attempted insurrection for which Trump faces a trial in which he is accused of wanting to reverse the results of the elections, while several of his followers have been sentenced to prison.

In the interview with the publication, The virtual Republican candidate indicated that he considers a presidential pardon for all those convicted of the assault on the Capitol.

Regarding abortion, Trump was in favor of letting the states decide whether they should monitor the cases of women accused of having undergone an abortion and whether they should be subject to convictions.

“It’s irrelevant if I’m comfortable or not. It is totally irrelevant, because the states are going to make those decisions“said Trump, who in the past has boasted of having appointed three conservative judges to the US Supreme Court during his administration.
