Upset by the limited silence order imposed on him by Juan Merchan, the judge in charge of the case where They accuse him of allegedly having improperly given money to porn actress Stormy Daniels, in 2016, the former president Donald Trump exploded against the judge of Colombian origin.

During a recess in court where his legal situation is being analyzed, the 77-year-old Republican addressed journalists who are following his case in detail to denounce the inequity with which he is treated.

“We have a gag order, which to me is totally unconstitutional. I’m not allowed to talk, but people can talk about me. So, they can talk about me, they can say whatever they want, they can lie, but I’m not allowed to say that.

I just have to sit back and see why a conflicted judge has ordered me to have a gag order. “I don’t think anyone has seen anything like this,” she expressed.

In this sense, the New York tycoon He stressed that the way they treat him is something against what is established in the Constitution.

“So I put up an article about this and then someone’s name is mentioned somewhere deep in the article and I ended up violating the gag order. I think it’s a shame. It is totally unconstitutional,” she stressed.

And to further enrage the New Yorker focused on governing the country again, Prosecutors asked the judge for a fine of $10,000 against him, arguing that he incurred 10 violations of the limited gag order.

This restriction prohibits Donald Trump from issuing statements or statements about witnesses, jurors and lawyers in his case.

However, this is not the first time that the billionaire has been deprived of the right to express himself nor that the possibility of punishing his pocketbook weighs on his shoulders.

In other previous trials, the New Yorker has resorted to the Truth Social platform to challenge his opponents through controversial messages that he usually writes during the early mornings, only this time he will have to be very tactful, as the jury could create an advance perception about his impulsive temperament and perhaps even condemn it in advance.
