The veteran Brazilian soccer player Dani Alves, who spent just over a year in prison after being accused of raping a young woman in the bathroom of a nightclub in Barcelona, Spain, was released from prison this week after paying a million-dollar bail, which will allow him to continue his trial in freedom, although he will not be able to leave the country, nor approach the alleged victim, nor will he have to miss his weekly appointments with justice.

According to reports from various media outlets, the still soccer player and dozens of friends had fun until the early hours of the morning at the place, and it was even said that the party ended around 5 am.
The house, which he has owned since 2010 and for which he paid around $5 million dollarsis distributed over some 5,400 square feet and is located on a lot of about 6,500 square feet.
The residence, from what we could tell, has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, television room, laundry room, garage, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, among other rooms.
Outside, it has a terrace, green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, a gym, among other amenities.
On Monday, March 25, Dani Alves was released again, albeit conditionally, after spending 14 months behind bars in the Brians 2 prison in Barcelona.
The soccer star left the jail walking in the company of his lawyer and dressed in a white high-necked T-shirt, black coat and jeans.
Dani Alves was escorted by the Mossos d’Esquadra to a vehicle that was waiting for him to leave, under the gaze of dozens of curious onlookers and journalists who waited for him for hours, but he left the place without giving any statement and without making any gesture towards the people who were waiting for him outside the penitentiary center.
It must be remembered that, last February, Alves was sentenced to four and a half years in prison for sexually assaulting a woman in the bathrooms of the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona in December 2022. However, months later it was decided to reach a agreement and grant him provisional release.
