Janet Jackson revealed that she was almost part of a Marvel movie

Janet Jackson almost participated in a Marvel movie, but decided to say no. Recently, the singer and sister of Michael Jackson revealed that she was almost part of the saga X Men.

In an interview on the Drew Barrymore show, Janet revealed that she was about to play the character of Ororo Munroe, better known among comic fans as Stormbut rejected the proposal.

“I don’t remember the movie, but Halle Berry played Storm,” Janet revealed. “X-Men?!” Barrymore asked after Janet tried to remember the name of the movie she was about to star in.

“But I couldn’t because I had just embarked on the Janet tour,” Jackson responded. The role of Storm was ultimately played by Halle Berry, who played the superhero in the comic book film adaptations X-Men 2 (2003), X-Men: The Last Stand (2006) and X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014).

When consulted by Ross Mathews, co-host of the show, On whether she would like to perform again, the singer expressed her willingness to do so. “Of course I would. For sure,” she replied.

Although Janet Jackson is primarily known for being a singer, He has also acted in productions such as Poetic Justice, The Nutty Professor: The Klumps, Why Did I Get Married and Good Times.

Janet Jackson began her musical career in the 1980s. after the release of his first bass album titled with his name.

In his career he has accumulated more than 15 albums and several tours, in addition to various participations in television programs and films.
