In recent days the marriage of the presenter Michelle Galván and the chef Fernando Guajardo A new achievement was noted with the inauguration of Cidra, an international food restaurant located in the city of Miami, which will combine the styles of different styles of gastronomy, giving a unique touch to that space.
“Welcome to @cidramiami Miami 🍋,” wrote Megan, his little daughter, in a video that shows some aspects of what was the inauguration of this place that offers a contemporary Mediterranean menu with Latin touches.
The establishment, located at 3438 SW 8th St, in the City of the Sun, draws attention for its warm touch, but also for the quality of its cuisine.
“At Cidra Restaurant, the fusion of creativity and innovation becomes a sublime alchemy, infusing each dish with the vibrant spirit of contemporary Latin cuisine,” reads the description posted on its website.
From what we have been able to see, in some materials spread on social networks, Cidra has various works of art hanging on its walls, as well as tables of the most diverse designs and shapes.
Just as there are the typical restaurant chairs, some tables were equipped with stools, making them the ideal space to taste some of the delicious tapas that the place offers.
Cidra opens its doors from 5:30 to 10:00 pm, from Tuesday to Sunday, while on Mondays it is closed to the public.
In addition to serving as a restaurant, it is also planned to function as a bar, for private dinners, for catering and for all types of events.
Access to the place requires prior reservation, with times available every 15 minutes.
