The murderer of the 3 foreign surfers in Mexico confessed the crime to his girlfriend and she betrayed him

The crime of 3 foreign surfers on the beaches of Ensenada, Baja California, continues to provide new information, and the main line of investigation remains an attempted assault that led to the death of the two young Australians and an American.

This was confirmed during a hearing held this Wednesday, in which it was revealed that one of the suspicious people, identified as Ari Gisel23 years old, pointed out her boyfriend named Jesús Gerardo, alias “The Kekas”as the author of the crime.

The young woman’s statements are part of the evidence in the case, and were read by the judge at the hearing, according to the news site La Silla Rota.

According to her testimony, the woman was at her home on Saturday, April 27, when Jesús Gerardo left in her vehicle and returned the next day, but now with the van in which the Australian brothers were traveling. Jake and Callum Robinsonalong with his friend Jack Carter.

“El Kekas” told Aris that “he fucked three gringos”killing them because they brought a lot of money, devices and a pickup truck, said control judge Omar Padilla Rubio during the hearing.

I had her threatened with death

Aris, who was detained with the cell phone of one of the victims, told the authorities that “El Kekas” confessed to having committed the crime.

In addition, she assured that she was a victim of domestic violence, that her partner always carried a firearm and that he had threatened her with death so that she would not abandon him.

As revealed by La Silla Rota, Jesús Gerardo was present during the hearing, dressed in the orange uniform, with his legs handcuffed and sitting behind his public defender lawyers; he remained silent the entire time.

A second man, who was identified as the brother of the alleged killer, was also detained in the early days of the investigation, but no details about his legal status have been released.
