The Government of Vladimir Putin has been making moves on his nuclear team, amid increased tension with his opponents of NATO for the appropriation of Ukraine’s territories.

Reports from various European media and agencies indicate that a freight train carrying specialized military equipment associated with a nuclear weapons division of the Russian Defense Ministry had been seen moving.

This has generated greater fear of a nuclear escalation by Putin.

Armored personnel carriers (APC) BPM-97 and other military vehicles were seen traveling through central Russia, according to a video by the pro-Russian channel Rybar.

Reports add that the APCs have been upgraded with more capable turrets, reinforced mine- and ambush-proof armor, and a sys air purification theme designed, this to allow its occupants to operate effectively.

“This specialized division is dedicated to the storage, maintenance and supply of weapons to the Strategic Rocket Forces”, according to a Daily Mail report.

Military analyst Konrad Musyka told the Mail that the deployment of such units “could indicate a next escalation in the conflict by the warmongering Russian president“.

That is still theoretical, since it could also constitute a precursor to large-scale nuclear exercises.

The Administration of the President Joe Biden has expressed concern that Russia will use nuclear weapons in its invasion of Ukraine.

“You could let Mr. Putin know what a disastrously bad would be any us or nuclear weapons”, said an official.
