Man stabbed to death at Thousand Oaks apartment complex

A man was found stabbed to death in the courtyard of an apartment complex this Sunday morning in the city of Thousand Oaks , informed the authorities.

Officers from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office responded at approximately 3: 30 am at Hillcrest Park Apartments complex, down the block 1800 of West Hillcrest Drive, in the Newbury Park area due to a report of a disturbance involving multiple people.

Officers responding to the call found the victim, Oliver Willis, of 24 years old, who was in a courtyard and had several stab wounds, authorities said.

The stabbing scene was outside the apartment complex, in a residential neighborhood of Thousand Oaks, east of Rancho Conejo Boulevard.

During Sunday, the officers searched the area where the homicide occurred and did not find any possible suspect of having committed the crime.

At the moment, the Thousand Oaks authorities did not have a description of the attacker.

Researchers are now working on locate security cameras or possible witnesses of the incident in the area to try to find out who committed this crime.
