Actor Sylvester Stallone, 78, had to back off his plans to build a barrier at sea to protect the imposing mansion he owns in the Palm Beach area, Florida. The Hollywood star had the brilliant idea that with this construction he would prevent the access of boats and seaweed to the private beach of his residence, however, he did not consider the number of voices that would be raised against him, including the City Council of Palm Beach.
