Both the Azteca Stadium and the University Stadium could host the 30% of its total capacity this weekend , for the last date of the Guard1anes tournament 2021. There is a possibility that the traffic light will turn yellow, which would open the door for fans in CDMX attend soccer matches.

Liga MX sources informed ESPN that the chances of seeing the public in the stands this day is very high. The two stadiums of the capital of Mexico would receive the pertinent permits and with immediate effect the access would be given for a % of the capacity in both cases .

This week’s matches are: Cruz Azul against Tijuana (Estadio Azteca) and Pumas against America (University Olympic). In addition, there could also be an audience at the Nemesio Diez Stadium , for the Liga MX Femenil match between Toluca and Pumas.

Everything will depend on the day of the announcement. If it is beyond this Friday 30, it will be difficult for us to see fans back in CDMX. However, everything indicates that the traffic light will turn yellow in time to enjoy a presence at Azteca, Olímpico and Nemesio Diez this week, after more than a year of absence from the public.
