A video of the sailors of the Indonesian submarine , where some of the 53 crew members singing inside the KRI-Nanggala ship – 400 before the sinking was reported.
In the video, which was recorded with a mobile phone, the crew members are observed performing the song titled ‘Sampai Jumpa’ which means ‘goodbye’, from the Indonesian band Endank Soekamti, originally from Yogyakarta.

The KRI-Nanggala – 400 was located on Sunday split in three , more than 800 meters deep, by a submarine from Singapore that participated in the search together with countries such as Australia, India and the United States.

Following the tragedy, the Indonesian President, Joko Widodo, affirmed that the State would grant “higher level and honor promotions” to the 53 soldiers killed by their “Sacrifice and dedication.”
