After April 13 became official the fight between Ryan García and the Dominican Javier Fortuna , the boxer of Mexican origins communicated on his Instagram account that he will not fight to first attend to his health and well-being.

“I know this news may be disappointing for some of my fans, but today I announce that I am withdrawing from my fight on July 9th. At this time it is important to monitor my health and well-being . I have decided to take some time off to focus on becoming a stronger version of myself . I hope to be back soon and I am looking forward to returning to the ring when I am healthier. I want to thank God, my family, my doctors and those who support me, “Ryan wrote on his Instagram account.

The boxer of 22 years not specific about which led him to suspend the fight. And still it is not known if it is cancellation or rescheduling.

His greatest triumph
