Johansen Álvarez is the nephew of the world boxing champion, Saúl ‘Canelo’ Álvarez . Everything seems to indicate that the young super featherweight fighter will debut as a professional next June . This was reported by José Reynoso , boxer coach.

In an interview with the EFE news agency, José Reynoso detailed some characteristics of the young fighter. “ He is a cheerful boy, with a movement of the waist and a good counterattack; also hits hard ”, he highlighted.

The coach stressed what engaged shown the young fighter of 53 years old as he always shows a willingness to improve. “ He is disciplined and respectful of his profession. He learns every day and we are very optimistic ”, he expressed.

On the other hand, the young boxer admitted the responsibility he feels by being relative of one of the best boxers today . However, this makes him motivated so that at some point he manages to get many awards as if he were uncle.

For Lastly, ‘Canelo’s’ nephew explained how he developed a taste for boxing and fighting in the ring. “ As a child I liked soccer because of my mother who played in the third division.
