There is a record that in the state of Chihuahua there are at least five criminal groups that operate. Among them Cartel New People arm armed of the Sinaloa Cartel (CDS), The Mexicles , the Cartel of The line armed wing of the Juarez Cartel ( CDJ ), The Aztecs, and Los Cristaleros ; in addition to the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) that, unlike all the other criminal organizations mentioned, does not have an operations center established in that territory but there is information that it is related to the La Línea Cartel.
Unfortunately, it is no surprise to anyone that the state of Chihuahua is one of the most disputed territories by the cartels of the drug trafficking as it is a strategic point due to its proximity to the United States , the largest drug consumption market in the entire planet.
