Randy Arozarena played a friendly softball game in Mexico

The star of the Major Leagues, Randy Arozarenatook advantage of his vacation in Mexico to fulfill a promise he had made by participating in a friendly softball game with the Diablillas de Hondzonot team in a Mayan community in the municipality of Tulúm in Quintana Roo.

The Seattle Mariners player was happy to have been able to keep his word and bring joy to this community with his participation in the event that took place this Friday and that will remain in the memory of the players who shared a team with the Mexican from Cuban origin.

“My people, what was promised is a debt. I told them that I was going to play with the Diablillas de Hondzonot when I was in the Mexican Caribbean and… It came true!”wrote Randy Arozarena in a publication that he uploaded to his Instagram account accompanied by a video of what the experience was like.

“Thank you for welcoming me into your home! It was an incredible experience”added the Seattle Mariners star in his publication in which he thanked the opportunity to have participated in this friendly meeting in which everyone took the opportunity to take a photo with the big league player.

Enjoying Mexico

Randy Arozarena not only took advantage of his vacation to share with the Mayan community in Quintana Roo, but he has also spent the last few days enjoying the country’s natural beauties and has been documenting it on his social networks.

The big league player was, among others, on the beaches of Bacalar and Tulum and was enchanted by the landscapes. “New dream fulfilled: visiting the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve with my family”the player wrote on his social networks accompanied by a video showing the beauty of the place.

In this way, Randy Arozarena is showing the affection he has for the country that welcomed him as his home after leaving his native Cuba. Little by little the Major League star is discovering more and more of the beauties of the Aztec country.
