A Hispanic convicted murderer from Los Angeles County He escaped from custody in California on Mondaywhich triggered an intense search to recapture him.
César M. Hernández, 34 years oldmanaged to evade authorities while being transported to a court appearance in Delano, Kern County, and is currently on the run, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said in a news release.
The search remains ongoing by both prison officers and California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers.
The authorities requested that if anyone identifies him, Contact 911 as soon as possible.
