In his material, lasting close to half an hour, the accountant of Venezuelan origin exposed the great waste of the panelist of ‘Siéntese Who Can!’, who decided to rent a luxurious apartment in the city of Madrid to have a place where to go during his travels, as happened on the recent getaway he took with his mother and his youngest daughter.
The rental of that apartment was never approved by him, as he considered that it was just a waste of money, since the property is empty most of the year and only serves as a warehouse for his very expensive coats.
“It occurred to him to rent an apartment in Madrid for 2,400 euros per month, where it remains empty for 8 months of the year and is only used to store his winter coats. “Having an apartment of that magnitude in Madrid, where you don’t live there, is crazy,” he said about the property they have on that side of the planet.
In addition to talking about that expense, Nick also brought up the topic of the house they have in Miami and that they put up for sale a few months ago, since the reality is that they no longer have enough financial resources to pay for the letter of the deed. .
“It turns out that the budget that was to pay for the house is in the cost of the school that we do not need, of cars that we do not need, of an apartment that we do not need, but the responsibility is mine,” explained Nick, who assured that the economic situation was the great cause of their marriage deteriorating.
In another fragment of his video he acknowledged that there was a stage in which they did very well with the sale of the girdles and other ventures that gave them very good results, but everything was ending, because there is no money that is enough for the life of luxuries that ‘La Venenosa’ has.
“It was a source of pride and something very incredible, very satisfying, that we were able to buy a first house, the house of our dreams, swimming pool, four bedrooms, garage, a beautiful garden. At that same time, just as we bought our house, the belt market began to go down, and sales began to go down, go down, go down and monetization income also began to go down,” he detailed about the beginning of his financial problems, which he did not know how to deal with in the best way, since he did not find a way to let Carolina know the importance of managing her resources.
