Former quarterback Tom Brady, 47, lived while single in a very nice house in Boston, which has just been sold in $8.4 million dollars.

The property was originally put on the market by $8.69 million dollars in 2023, so its previous owners suffered a loss of almost $300,000 dollars.

The house was inhabited by Gisele Bündchen’s ex from 2004 to 2008 and until now it is unknown who the new owner is and how he carried out the sale operation.

The property, which is currently divided into four units and is colloquially known as Burrage Mansionhas an extension of 3,422 square feetwith three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bathroom.

It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, piano room, office, laundry room, garage for two vehicles and even a trophy room, which is currently empty.

“This home greets you with an Italian marble foyer leading to luxurious living and dining spaces, complemented by a chef’s kitchen with Statuario marble countertops and a custom-built La Cornue oven with an adjacent family room. The master suite is a sanctuary of luxury, with a marble bathroom and a spacious custom walk-in closet,” the listing description reads.

Tom Brady’s former home was built in 1899 and does not look like he left it, because in 2023 it was drastically renovated.
