Chappell Roan became the center of attention during the premiere of Olivia Rodrigo’s film ‘Guts World Tour’ in Los Angeles, after criticizing a photographer who, according to her, had been “disrespectful” at a previous event.

The situation the singer was referring to was during the red carpet, the singer approached the photographer and reminded him of an incident at a Grammy party, where he, according to her story, yelled at her.

Even though the photographer did not appear on camera, his response was equally intense: “You were very rude to me.” Roan, wearing a striking red dress and her signature drag makeup, demanded an apology, stating that she needed to be treated with respect.

The tension increased until a member of his team intervened to calm the situation, although the singer refused to pose for the photographer in question.

It’s not the first time!

This altercation is added to another that occurred at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, where Roan also had a confrontation with a cameraman. At that event, she expressed that the red carpet experience was overwhelming and that she couldn’t stand being yelled at.
