A London house that belonged to the late prime minister Margaret Thatcher has just been released for sale by $4.7 million dollars.
The residence, which is located in the Westminster area, is Georgian in style and dates back to 1720.
It has, according to its technical sheet, an extension of 2,176 square feet and with three bedrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, private patio, among other rooms.
Any number of personalities have passed through its corridors, which gives a more than special touch to the place and makes it a very attractive place for sale.
“For many decades this house has housed famous political figures and has an incredible sense of history. Given its significant heritage, we anticipate great interest in the property,” declared Harry Laflin, director of Dexters, who expressed confidence in its prompt sale.
In addition to attracting attention for its rooms and its history, Margaret Thatcher’s former home also attracts attention for its location, since from there you have views of the Palace of Westminster, Westminster Abbey, as well as the old College Garden .
