Suspect arrested for robbing taco vendors in Los Angeles

A 22-year-old Hispanic man is in the custody of authorities as a suspect in connection with a series of robberies against food trucks of taco vendors in the San Fernando ValleyThe authorities reported this Tuesday.

Jesús García Sotelo, resident of the San Fernando Valleyis suspected of participating in the robbery of at least seven taco trucks and a 7-Eleven store, said Captain Warner Castillo of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).

The eight rounds were committed between September 8 and 21 in the Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Foothill and Mission areas, according to the LAPD.
