“La Mayiza” threw leaflets from the sky to threaten Los Chapitos

The internal war in Sinaloa Cartel experienced a new and peculiar episode this Tuesday afternoon, when hundreds of flyers signed by “The Mayiza”that is, the cartel faction led by Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada and his son Ismael Zambada Sicairosalias “Mayito Flaco”.

And, by means of a small plane, pamphlets were dropped over the cities of Culiacán, Guasave, Mazatlán and other municipalities of the entity, with a message addressed to the population.

In these pamphlets they attribute to the faction of Los Chapitos the wave of extortion and other abuses, in complicity with the state governor Ruben Rocha Moyaso they ask the inhabitants to join forces so that they can enter Culiacán to restore order.

“Sinaloans: We will not rest until we enter Culiacán, We want to put order and put an end to so much abuse committed by Los Chapos. For that we need to overthrow this government that supports them,” the text reads.

Likewise, they provided a telephone number with a Culiacán code to report any abuse of power and acts of corruption.

“I ask to communicate to this same number any abuse, corruption, business and address of the governor, as well as his children and cabinet who act as names. “As I said, we are going to root out the problem,” he added.

The flyers are signed by “La Mayiza” and at the end you can see the drawing of a horse along with the initials MF, which would refer to “Mayito Flaco”the second son of Mayo Zambada, and whom the DEA considers a dangerous fugitive.

For their part, the Sinaloa authorities referred to this fact through the state’s Secretary of Public Security, Gerardo Mérida Sánchez, who commented that lpamphlets could be a distractionsince the phone number that appears on the paper is blocked and calls do not come through.

Furthermore, the official recalled that this is not the first time that flyers with messages have been launched to alarm the population, since the same thing happened last September.

On that occasion, papers were released showing 19 names of people, including Governor Rubén Rocha Moya, who were accused of various crimes, and also leaving a number to report, but in that case it was from US authorities and the Ministry of Defense. National (SEDENA).
