Car theft suspect crashed into a dozen parked cars while trying to flee an illegal street takeover Monday morning in South Los Angeles, authorities reported.
The incident occurred when Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officers They went this Monday morning to the area of the intersection of South San Pedro Street and Colden Avenue to break up an illegal street takeover.
When the agents arrived at the scene, The driver of an Infinity tried to fleebut lost control of the vehicle and crashed into about a dozen vehicles that were parked on the street.

The authorities said that The Infinity car had a theft report.
While the suspected driver was detained, the owners of the vehicles involved now have to deal with their respective insurance companies to have the damages paid.
Among the affected owners is Hispanic Carlos Quintana, whose Honda car and his granddaughter’s Mini Cooper were seriously damaged caused by the Infinity driven by the suspect.
