Fernando Gago has generated a lot of annoyance in the Chivas de Guadalajara environment for his possible departure to Boca Juniors. However, amidst the criticism, The Argentine was supported by Rafa Puente Jr.

The former coach of the UNAM Pumas was questioned about the possible departure of Fernando Gago from Chivas de Guadalajara. Rafa Puente Jr. considers that this change of scenery is justified by the greatness of Boca Juniors.

“It’s nothing against Chivas either, If an offer comes from a European team, although Boca is immersed in a very uncertain present, it is an institution that, at a global level, with great respect for Chivas, has more impact. That is indisputable“said the strategist for TUDN.

In this sense, Rafa Puente Jr. considers that one of Fernando Gago’s objectives is to be able to direct in the Old Continent. The Mexican strategist believes that this mission is more viable with the exhibition of the Xeneize group.

“I can assure you that Gago aspires to direct in Europe and it is easier to do so from Boca than from Chivas“he added.

David Faitelson criticized Rafa Puente Jr.

Rafa Puente Jr.’s words did not go down very well with David Faitelson. The analyst believes that the greatness of Chivas de Guadalajara is being underestimated. David Faitelson assured that the Sacred Flock is on par with Boca Juniors.

“Rafa, forgive me… but for me Boca in Argentina, you have to see the number of fans that Chivas has, that Boca would like themChivas has more fans than the entire country of Argentina. I understand that Boca is a very famous brand and that it has interesting things, but Chivas is as big as Boca”Faitelson stated.

“FERNANDO IS THE BEST TECHNICIAN I HAD IN MY CAREER.”

“IT WILL BENEFIT YOU A LOT (TO THE MOUTH)”
