Lili Estefan gives her point of view to Julian Gil about the conflict with Marjorie de Sousa

The dispute between Julián Gil and Marjorie Desousa continues to be talked about, and even Lili Estefan has an opinion regarding the distance that the actor says he has with Matias, the son he has with the Venezuelan actress.

In her recent appearance on “El Gordo y la Flaca”, Lili Estefan addressed with Gil the controversial and extensive legal conflict that he has with De Sousa regarding the custody of Matías. During the program, the Argentine, who recently posted a photo of himself with his son when he was little to his Instagram account, shared his frustration at not having been able to establish a consistent relationship with his son, due to the restrictions imposed by Sousa.

While they argued, Estefan offered his perspective on the delicate topic. Observing Gil’s anguish, the presenter expressed her conviction that, eventually, Matías will seek answers about his father’s absence in his life. “It’s going to be very difficult for you to hide from that child, when he grows up, it’s obviously very difficult to hide when he asks ‘who will be my father?’ Obviously, it’s all over the place.”Estefan said.

The conversation became even more emotional when Gil mused out loud about possible questions his son might ask Sousa. “Suppose the boy knows that I am his father, what is the question that the boy must be asking her? And where is it, why can’t I see it? Is he imprisoned? Are you traveling? Do you live in another country? In Greenland? Or is he dead?”said the actor.

In response to his concerns, Estefan attempted to offer words of encouragement, suggesting that, although painful, “Time to time”. However, Gil insisted: “What time? “I’ve been here since day one.”expressing his frustration with the situation that has been affecting his relationship with his son for years.
