He also referred to to the discomfort generated by Gago’s decision to analyze Boca Juniors’ offer under the protection of the contract termination clause and in that sense he stated that: “I believe that it is within the freedom of each person to decide where they want to continue their career, in the end it happens to me at Feyenoord, where I often think “That the people around me rush me more than I do myself, so I feel that Gago must make his decision, respectfully and without breaking any rule that would be ideal for him to decide.”
Santiago accepts that he has been assigned to the Mexican national team
