Patrick Mahomes’ Kansas City Chiefs remain undefeated after defeating 22-17 to the Atlanta Falcons. The two-time champion team suffered, but they have three straight wins in search of a third consecutive ring.

Patrick Mahomes made history on his modest night against the Falcons. The Chiefs quarterback added 217 total yards, 26 of 39 completed passes, two touchdowns and threw one interception.

Mahomes earned his 77th win in his 99th career game, making him the quarterback with the most wins in his first 100 NFL career games.

Instead, Travis Kelce once again had a very poor performance and only managed 30 yards with four receptions. Rashee Rice was Mahomes’ best partner with 110 yards, 12 balls in his hands and a touchdown for his personal account.

At the Falcons, Kirk Cousins had 230 yards passing on 20-of-29. He threw a touchdown pass and suffered an interception.

Justin Simmons remains Mahomes’ public enemy number one after making his sixth interception in his career, although he could not prevent the Kansas City Chiefs from winning.

Atlanta had a chance to take the win on the final drive, but on 4th and 2 they couldn’t convert with less than two minutes on the clock.

Three teams remain undefeated in the NFL

There are only three undefeated teams left in the 2024-2025 NFL season: Kansas City Chiefs (3-0), Pittsburgh Steelers (3-0) and Buffalo Bills (2-0), who will play Monday Night Football against Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Los Angeles Rams, meanwhile, achieved their first win of the year with their 27-24 victory over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, despite their injuries.

The Rams made a spectacular comeback in the final period to beat the Gambusinos 27-24 with two field goals and a touchdown to overcome a 14-24 deficit.

Instead, Dallas Cowboys fell to the Baltimore Ravens 25-28. Derrick Henry shined for Baltimore with 151 yards rushing and two touchdowns. Lamar Jackson had 182 yards and a touchdown pass.
