Texas rapper Travis Scott, 33, who was Kylie Jenner’s partner, is in huge trouble after it was revealed that he was arrested in a luxury hotel in Paris, France.
According to information from various media outlets, the singer was arrested on Friday, August 9, after he had a fight with his bodyguard.
After the scuffle, a security guard at the luxury hotel tried to intervene and separate them, but the singer lashed out, so police intervention was necessary.
“I can confirm that on August 9, 2024, police officers were called to the George V Hotel and arrested rapper Travis Scott for assaulting a security guard,” the Paris prosecutor said in a statement to NBC News.
So far, no one in Travis Scott’s entourage has given their position on the arrest of the rapper, who the day before witnessed from the front row the victory of the United States Dream Team over Serbia in the Olympic basketball game.
What is the luxurious establishment where he was arrested like?
The George V Hotel, also known as the Four Seasons Hotel George V, is a 5-star hotel located on Avenue George V.
“A legendary address in the Golden Triangle, just a few steps from the Champs-Élysées, the Four Seasons Hotel George V occupies its apartments in a sublime 1928 Art Deco building, subtly decorated by Jeff Leatham, “artistic director of the establishment,” reads the description of the place,” reads the description of the exclusive accommodation.
The hotel has a total of 244 rooms and suites, as well as a lobby, Michelin-starred restaurants, bars, cafes, a spa, a gym, event rooms, conference rooms, and other amenities.
The cost of accommodation per night ranges from $2,400 to $5,800 dollars.
