During a press conference, Reynolds said his dance double Nick Pauley is in charge of creating the spectacular choreography. “(In the film) there are moments where there’s a little snap and a lock, except the snap actually pops, like it breaks, and the lock doesn’t open, so I would do anything to get free. “I take my hat off to Nick’s talents, and thank him for his contributions and services.”

Like the other cast members, Nick Pauley was invited to the premiere of “Deadpool & Wolverine”although at that time no one imagined that he appeared in the film during that scene. “I went to the premiereand seeing the footage was pretty surreal. I didn’t remember what I did freestyling in between the choreography, and it was so funny to watch it again and be like, ‘Oh my God, I remember doing that now.’ During the shoot, I felt right at home. Ryan Reynolds and Shawn Levy: Thank you for your encouragement and enthusiasm in bringing me on board. Please go see the film! It is one of the most complete I have ever seen in my life.”
