Actor Kevin Spacey, 65, was forced to give up his Baltimore mansion after his unpayable debts led him to the extreme of getting rid of the only roof he had left over.

The property, which was auctioned on Thursday, was negotiated in $3.24 million dollarsa figure well below its commercial value

According Sam SheibaniCompass’ auction of the iconic building was a huge success, as in just 10 minutes it was acquired by a developer from Maryland, who did not want to miss out on the opportunity price offered to him.

“The sale of Kevin Spacey’s home marks the end of an era and the beginning of a new chapter for this iconic home,” Sheibani said in an interview with The Post.

So far, Kevin Spacey has not commented on the auction of his former home. It should be remembered that a few weeks ago he broke down in tears during an interview with Pies Morgan, desperate for the fact that he would be left without a home to sleep in amid the legal dispute he faces due to the multiple accusations against him by several women.

The property, which has an area of 9,000 square feetis the only roof that the actor has, who lost absolutely everything after the accusations of sexual abuse to which he was subjected by several women.

The residence, where he lived for the past seven years, is spread over five floors and has seven bedrooms.

It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, dining room, living room, main room, television room, cinema room, piano room, billiard room, sauna, elevator, laundry room, among other rooms.
