Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. is congratulated by his father after a victorious return

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. returned to the ring with a unanimous decision victory over Uriah Hall after nearly three years inactive and his father, the Mexican Grand Champion, congratulated his son through his social networks.

In a story posted on his Instagram account, Chavez indicated that he was unable to attend his son’s fight against the former UFC fighter in Tampa, Florida, and He sent her an emotional message after his victorious return.

“Congratulations son. I couldn’t make it, but my heart is there with you and Good things are coming, you deserve them“, wrote the Mexican boxing legend.

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. defeated Uriah Hall, a former UFC fighter, in a fight scheduled for six rounds on the card where Jake Paul knocked out Mike Perry. Since his arrest, the Mexican fighter entered a rehabilitation program in Los Angeles – where he must remain for two years by order of the judge – and has been completely sober.
