Florida police arrest man who threatened to kill Donald Trump

The Jupiter, Florida Police Department announced the arrest of a subject who, through social networks, had dedicated himself to publishing death threats against Donald Trumpthe Republican presidential candidate, as well as James David Vance, who is serving as his running mate in an attempt to win the election.

The anonymous complaint of some citizens who live in the town located 32 kilometers from the Mar-a-Lago residence, where Donald Trump lives, as well as some comments posted on social media, alerted the police about the defiant attitude displayed by Michael W. Wisemana subject who on several occasions threatened to attack the former president of the nation and who now accompanies him as a possible vice president in the final stretch of his political campaign seeking to win the November elections.

The Jupiter Police Department issued a statement announcing the arrest of the threatening citizen.

“After investigating the reports and the suspect’s Facebook account, detectives found that Wiseman had made multiple threats against Trump and Vance (…). Threats of physical harm were also made to members of the Trump and Vance families,” the letter said.

Since Trump was the target of an attack last week while participating in a campaign rally, All information regarding the allegations against Michael W. Wiseman was forwarded to the Secret Service and a thorough investigation was immediately launched to assess the degree of danger posed by his threats.

Once arrested, Palm Beach County District Attorney’s Office, and Wiseman charged the individual in question with issuing written death threats.

Following the shot that pierced part of Donald Trump’s right ear, the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security have stepped up protection around the 78-year-old Republican, as the possibility that he could be the target of further attacks has not been ruled out, as it has not yet been possible to determine whether there is a group behind the 20-year-old shooter who was shot down last Saturday.
