Serena Williams' former mansion in Bel Air, California, goes up for sale

The American tennis player Serena Williams, considered one of the best of all time, made headlines a few hours ago, but not for anything related to her successful career, but because her old mansion in Bel Air, California was put up for sale.

The property was inhabited by the athlete from 2006 to 2019, the year in which she sold it for $8.1 million dollars.

The house, Mediterranean style and was designed by the interior designer Rodrigo Vargasis being sold by $13.5 million dollarsa figure much higher than what she received just 5 years ago.

The property was built in the 1930s, but it looks like it did in its best days, as it has been remodeled repeatedly.

According to the technical sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, it is distributed over two floors and has an area of 6,100 square feet.

It has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, hallway, kitchen, dining room, dining room, living room, main room, study, bar, steam room, laundry room, garage for three vehicles, among other rooms.

Outside, on his lot 3 acres, It has a terrace, extensive green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, a cabin for entertainment, among other amenities.
