Donald Trump claims he is being unconstitutionally tried for an “accounting error”

Tycoon Donald Trump claims that he is being unconstitutionally tried for an “accounting error” related to the $130,000 payment he paid to Stephanie Clifford, a former porn film actress popularly known as Stormy Daniels.

After 16 days in the first criminal trial carried out against a former or current president, where the testimonies of 22 people who took the stand were heard, Donald Trump is charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records.

His file details that he paid his former lawyer Michael Cohen as reimbursement for $130,000 that was given to Stormy Daniels, in 2016, in exchange for her silence about an alleged affair she had with the New York mogul.

However, The nation’s former president continues to deny the charges and, knowing that his process is coming to an end, he turned to the Truth Social platform to point out that he is being judged based on an alleged accounting error by one of his employees, which is being magnified with the aim of prevent him from continuing with his campaign in search of the presidency.

In addition, The 77-year-old Republican attacked the prosecutors and the judge of Colombian origin who will be in charge of issuing a resolution on his case in the coming days,
