The property, which is located in the town of Brentwood, once belonged to Viet Dinh, who was part of the Fox Corporation. He bought the residence in 2019 for $19.5 million dollarsso a large profit was recorded in just 5 years.
Until now, further details about the operation are unknown, since it was carried out in an off-market operation, but it would not be surprising if this information comes to the market soon.
According to the technical sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, Kendrick Lamar’s new home was built in 2018 and has a distribution of 16,000 square feet.
