Jaime Lozano continues with his tour and visited Raúl Jiménez in England: “He gives a lot of life to the team”

The national coach of Mexico, Jaime Lozano continues with his tour of Europe and now it was Raúl Jiménez’s turn to receive a visit from the coachwho highlighted the level that the Fulham forward had been showing before being injured recently.

The Mexican strategist is in the Old Continent to visit the El Tri players who live on that continent with a view to what will be the great challenge that the Mexican National Team will have in the month of March when it plays in the semifinals of the League of Concacaf Nations against Panama.

“From Raúl (Jiménez) I was left with what helps the team. “It is a team (Fulham) that defends itself, that goes on the counterattack and Raúl gives it a lot of life, it has a lot of quality.”commented Jaime Lozano during an interview with the Paramount network in which he gave his impressions on the European tour so far.

Beyond the issue of the hamstring injury, the Mexican coach reiterated that he has Raul Jimenez In 2024, El Tri will have an intense agenda in which, in addition to playing in the Final Four of the Nations League, it will also participate in the Copa América in the United States.

“We need more players like Edson”

Jaime Lozano also referred to Edson Álvarez, the first of the players he visited on this tour. The Mexican midfielder from West Ham United has become an important piece for his team and the Mexican coach showed his satisfaction for this.

“It seems like he’s been here longer. She adapted wonderfully, to the league, to the club. It has been consolidated.
