Taylor Swift could resume her role as a director at the end of her world tour

Taylor Swift He has a busy work schedule and is always planning projects. She has now made it known that at the end of her world tour she could resume her career as a director, since she has had a script of her own authorship ready for two years.

Journalist Matt Bellonifrom the company puckreported that the singer would be ready to work on her debut as a feature film director as soon as she finishes The Eras Tour. In December 2022 it was announced that the film – still untitled – will be produced by Searchlight Pictures.

So far, Taylor’s last concert scheduled on the tour is December 8 in Vancouver, Canada, so she could prioritize filming the script from 2025. As for the film, there are still no details about the plot, nor who the protagonists could be. Previously David Greenbaum and Matthew Greenfield, of Searchlight, commented on their interest in the project: “Taylor is a once-in-a-generation artist and storyteller. It is a true joy and privilege to collaborate with her as she embarks on this exciting new creative journey.”

Taylor Swift has written the scripts for many of her promotional videosand in 2022 he directed the clip for his song “All Too Well (Taylor’s Version)”, 14 minutes long. He has also acted in films, such as “Amsterdam”, “Valentine’s Day” and “Cats”.

After attending the February 11 Super Bowl LVIII, the singer will resume her tour on Friday the 16th, with a show at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia. She has begun to interpret “The Outside” and “Superman”two songs that have caused a stir among their fans, as they longed to hear them live.
