After winning her 13th Grammy, Taylor Swift announced the release of her new album: The Tortured Poets Department, the eleventh of his career.
After taking the gramophone for Best Pop Vocal Album for Midnights, the 34-year-old singer surprised everyone when announcing the launch of his new album through his social networks.
“Everything is fair in love and poetry… New album THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT. Out April 19,” Swift wrote in the Instagam post to announce her new album.
The announcement of The Tortured Poets Department, to be published April 19comes after the singer recently changed her profile photo on Instagram for a black and white one similar to the one in the announcement of the release of the new album.
In the second image that accompanies the announcement of the album’s release you can see a handwritten letter which says: “And so I come into evidence / My tarnished shield / My muses, acquired like bruises / My talismans and charms / The tick, tick, tick of love bombs / My veins of pitch-black ink,” what could be the fragment of one of the new songs.
The news took Taylor Swift fans by surprise, since they were not expecting the release of a new album but they were expecting the announcement of the release of the Reputation (Taylor’s Version).
Although the singer has not spoken about the release of the new version of Reputationhis fans noticed several subtle hints in recent months which they interpreted as possible clues; However, as of now, there is no indication of the album’s release.
