This year the Mexico National Team has had a restructuring in the part of the players that make up this team and that is due to the fact that 13 players who had never worn the green shirt made their debut, but since Jaime Lozano came to management, 10 new players have participated in multiple matches.

Since he put on the “Tri” jersey, César ‘Chino’ Huerta has become one of the biggest stars and that was made known from the first game he played after he scored a goal against Australia.

“Being able to make your debut and score a goal are inexplicable sensations that only happen once in a lifetime and I think I have to continue enjoying it,” said the ‘Chino’ after he made his debut with the Mexico National Team.

These were the players who debuted with Jaime Lozano to take the reins of the Mexican team: Ricardo Chávez, Alexis Peña, Jesús ‘Chiquete’ Orozco, Brian García, Rodrigo López, Dieter Villalpando, Guillermo Martínez, Bryan González, Edgar ‘Gacelo’ López, Omar Campos, Julián Quiñones, Jordi Cortizo and César ‘Chino’ Huerta.

This is a positive point for those directly making the decisions in the Mexican National Team because now there is an important generational change in the Aztec team that they have not had for quite some time.

The matches they had under Lozano’s command were:

Mexico 2-3 Colombia | Friendly | December 16

Mexico 2-0 Honduras | CFV Concacaf Nations League | November 21

Honduras 2-0 Mexico | IFC Concacaf Nations League | November 17

Mexico 2-2 Germany | Friendly | October the 17th

Mexico 2-0 Ghana | Friendly | October 14th

Mexico 3-3 Uzbekistan | Friendly | September 12

Mexico 2-2 Australia | Friendly | September 9

Mexico 1-0 Panama | Gold Cup | July 16

Jamaica 0-3 Mexico | Gold Cup | July 12

Mexico 2-0 Costa Rica | Gold Cup | July 8

Mexico 0-1 Qatar | Gold Cup | July 2nd

Haiti 1-3 Mexico | Gold Cup | June 29

Mexico 4-0 Honduras | Gold Cup | June 25th

Those led by Jaime Lozano will have several important preparation matches before their official matches begin in the Copa América 2024 in the United States and there is a lot of expectation of what they can achieve
