Altair Jarabo is ready to return to soap operas, and on her account instagram He published a video showing his excellent physical condition. She appears practicing boxing, Muay Thai and fencing, as part of her preparation for the character she will play.
The beautiful 37-year-old Mexican actress showed off her figure in tight sports outfits while working with her trainers Luciano Vargas and Alex Urban. The message he wrote next to the clip was: “One of the gratifying and at the same time challenging things about my work is that when a character knows how to do something in fiction, I am in a constant process of learning it 🙂 You see, there are many gifts and ladies experts with many observations of what I may be doing wrong 😉 But these small processes are a reminder to me that no learning begins impeccably and the openness to start, recapitulate, make it imperfect and have tiny progressive improvements in any aspect, keeps us alive, alert and humble.”
Everything seems to indicate that Altair’s character in “Love has no recipe” she will be a great athlete; the soap opera is produced by Juan Osorioand will take the leading roles to Daniel Elbittar, Claudia Martin and Jarabo. Filming began in November and the premiere in Mexico is scheduled for February 2024. The cast also highlights Nicola Porcella, Coco Maxima, Harry Geithner and Liz Gallardo.

Although Altair lives in France with Frédéric, when an interesting project comes his way (especially soap operas) he does not hesitate to travel to Mexico, where he stays while the recordings last. She is very happy and excited about her new character, who will be loved and also hated by the viewers of that melodrama: “Very intense and satisfying days of work.
