“It fills me with joy”: Colombian Luis Quiñones supports Julián for becoming naturalized and going to El Tri

In an interview for ESPN, the Colombian national team said he was very happy for Julián Quiñones, since he knows that representing Mexico is something he has wanted for a long time and assured that He will contribute a lot to the tricolor team.

Luis Quiñones recalled that Julián went through difficult times due to injuries, but emphasized that little by little he has recovered his level and that he even won a two-time championship with Atlas, something that seemed impossible for the red and black team.

“He had a period where injuries did not help him much, because in a tournament he showed his qualities and that injury happened where he unfortunately stopped for eight months, he went to Atlas and we know what he showed and achieved.

“In America he continues on that path, he continues to show that he is already a mature player who can be in a team and consolidate himself, he is a first-class player who is ready for great things,” he added.
