Mexican Youtuber who was wanted by the FBI will spend more than 50 years in prison

Gone are the days when the voice of Yudiel Flores Tovarknown as “El Coyote Con-sentido”, was listened to by his thousands of followers and considered critical, since the youtuber received a new sentence of 28 years and six months in prison for rape crimes equalized and aggravated, after it was proven that he sexually abused a minor in San Cristóbal de las Casas, reported the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Chiapas.

Regarding the case that led to the new conviction, no details were provided, the identity of the victim was reserved by the authorities because she was a minor, but it is worth remembering that, at the beginning of 2023, she received another sentence of more than 23 years for making and disseminating child pornographywhich derived from a search carried out by the FBI.

According to the La Silla Rota portal, “El Coyote Con-Sentido” became famous because, on his Facebook page, he ridiculed and exposed corrupt officials, and he also got involved in controversies with local journalists, whom he called “ chayoteros.” His critical stances earned him hundreds of followers.

It was they themselves who reported that he had been kidnapped when they arrested him and accused that it was revenge on the part of the Government of Chiapas, but soon the media revealed the truth.

Child pornography and migrant trafficking

Under the pseudonym “Ronaldfranco”, Flores Tovar disclosed pornographic material of minors, so the FBI began to investigate, managing to find 23 videos and 176 images on various Internet sites that represent sexual abuse of minors. The material had been available on the web since 2011.

In addition to the crime of possession and production of child pornography, he was accused of trying to extort officials by posing as a journalist and of be part of a criminal group that smuggles migrants from Guatemala to the United States so I was in all three countries constantly.

According to the media Al Día Dallas, the FBI issued a red location card when Flores was in the United States, but he managed to escape to Mexico and settled in Comitán, Chiapas, where he continued with the crimes until May 2021 when he was arrested. .
