Those from various Latin American countries who will be able to obtain H2A and H2B visas, related to work on farms, as well as temporary jobs not related to the field.
Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico, Panama, Paraguya and Peru.
Those from other countries in the region, where Spanish is not spoken, will also have access to this benefit: Brazil, Jamaica and Haiti, reported the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Applications for work permits can be submitted starting November 9.
H-2A and H-2B visas are applied for at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office using Form I-129.
