Payments are distributed to program-eligible households based on the recipient’s case number, therefore, Beneficiaries who have case number 1 receive the benefit on the first day of the month and continue until the 10th.
About 13% of California’s population receives SNAP, This represents 5 million Californians each month; However, it is important to keep in mind that to be part of the program you must have a gross monthly income equal to or less than 130% of the federal poverty level.
