Matthew Perry gained worldwide fame thanks to the television series “Friends”but a recent survey has reflected the affection that the public had for his character “Chandler Bing”, above those played by Matt LeBlanc, Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow.
The survey site Ranker announced the results on his list of funniest TV characters of all time, and Chandler Bing comes in at No. 2only surpassed by “Michael Scott”, played by the actor Steve Carellin the series “The Office”. “Stewie Griffin” also stood out in the Top 10 of “Family Guy” and “Eric Cartman” “South Park” (both cartoons) .
Regarding the poll about the favorite “Friends” character, Chandler is the undisputed number 1; followed by Joey Tribbiani, Rachel Green, Ross Geller and Monica Geller (votes are constantly updated). Coincidentally, in the series Bing works in the area of “Statistical analysis and data reconfiguration” of a company; a job he hates, but for which he is paid well.
