The days go by and the damage from Hurricane Otis does not stop after it hit Acapulco with all its force on Tuesday, October 25. One of the residences that was severely affected was that of the late actor Andrés García, who had the illusion that part of his ashes would be scattered in the sand located on the outskirts of his property, which was very special to him. .

The account of the damage to the property was shared by Margarita Portillo, his widow, who explained that the storm destroyed the Dominican actor’s house.

“The beach house is devastated, the sea house,” Margarita said in an interview with Ventaneando, who detailed how they found the actor’s house after being hit by Otis.

“My husband’s bed was I don’t know how many meters away, everything flew, a fatal devastation, the tanks, the water tanks, all the glass, even the bathroom doors, everything flew, it’s a devastation that I don’t even know.” “Where to start,” he was honest after what happened.

Although they will have to invest a large sum of money in Andrés García’s house to recover it, he explained that the house where she lived suffered minor damage.

“My structural house is perfect, I have material damage… the truth is I feel very lucky, my house is an old house, but very well built, it has withstood an earthquake and now the hurricane,” she said relieved, while sharing that Their workers and their dogs are safe and sound.
