The mansion that Derek Jeter sold in 2021, and which was the temporary home of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchenwill go down in history, when it was announced that it will be demolished to make way for a new architectural project.

According to The Tampa Bay Times, the residence located south of Tampa will be replaced by a larger house, which will lead the current owners to reduce the emblematic home to rubble.

Although there is still no date to begin construction work, it is already known that the new property will consist of 6 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms, 11 half bathrooms, a gym, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, among other rooms and amenities that are available. will spread throughout your lot 1.25 acres.

The property, which was built in 2011, was sold in $22.5 million dollarshad an extension of 21,796 square feet.
