Chad Smithwho since 1988 has been the group’s drummer Red Hot Chili Peppersdecided to rent out the imposing mansion he owns in Malibu, California, and whose monthly value is $95,000 dollarss, so not everyone will be able to fulfill their dream of being your tenant.

The property, which he bought in 2006 for $8.6 million dollarshas all the luxuries and comforts that we can imagine.

According to the technical sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the residence is Mediterranean style and was built in 1949.

It has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, family room, laundry room, garage, gym, music room, among other rooms.

Outside, it has a terrace, extensive green areas, a fire pit, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, a pool house, two guest houses and impressive views of the sea.
