The number of deaths in Israel after Saturday’s surprise attack by the terrorist organization Hamas It rose this Wednesday (10/11/2023) to 1,200, while the injured already exceed 3,000, according to figures provided by local media citing emergency medical services and collected by the Efe and AFP agencies.
On the other hand, heIsraeli bombings in Gaza have caused 1,055 deaths and at least 5,184 injuries, as reported on Wednesday by the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
Added to these figures are at least 1,000 Palestinians killed in Israeli territory in clashes with security forces after infiltrating from the Strip, according to the latest Army estimates.
On the other hand, the Israeli Government has reported that more than 100 people have been kidnapped by Hamas -classified as a terrorist organization by the EU and the US -and taken to Gaza as hostages.
This morning, Israel’s air attacks on the Strip continued, with extensive bombardments on more than 320 targets of both Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group in different parts of the enclave, including a complex allegedly used for the production and storage of weapons.
Meanwhile, this Wednesday, which represents the fifth day since the terrorist attack, Gaza militias have continued firing rockets towards Israeli communities near the border.
On Tuesday (10/10/2023) the first attack from Syria towards Israeli territory was recorded since the beginning of the conflict with the Palestinian militias, and it adds to a series of exchanges of fire on the border between Israel and Lebanon since Sunday.
